As the firm’s top executive, it is Keith’s unique vision that continually drives the team forward to ever-greater achievements, with the confidence to take on new challenges with excitement. He first joined the firm early in his career in 1991, while it was still named for previous partners. Since those days as a young architect, he has worked alongside clients in all stages of architectural development, including design, construction documentation and administration, and beyond. Keith has consistent ensured each project is developed in keeping with principles of superior design and excellence, which today gives Spina O’Rourke + Partners the highly respected reputation it has so richly earned. As CEO, Keith also leads the firm’s strategic direction and is passionate about fostering an environment that attracts and retains the most talented professionals. His approachable people and leadership skills consistently produce collaborative teams, inspired, award-winning projects and excellent and enduring client relationships. His leadership extends beyond the office where he is very active in the local community.
Keith is AIA and LEED AP certified.
Leading with more than 30 years of hands-on expertise across a broad range of projects in multiple real estate verticals, Tammy oversees all interior design work for the firm, and collaborates extensively on architectural and planning tasks as well. In 1991, she joined the team as it was previously known – Oliver Glidden & Partners. From there, she quickly established a reputation for creativity, innovative design solutions, and a client-centric approach that is now a hallmark of the firm. As a named partner of Spina O’Rourke + Partners since 2020, Tammy believes deeply in the power of client collaboration and brings her talent for imaginative problem solving to every challenge. Throughout her career, Tammy has been recognized repeatedly for her commitment to design excellence, including accolades from the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), the American Society of Interior Design (ASID), and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
Tammy is LEED AP certified and is a member of IIDA and ASID. She also holds a seat on the Board of Directors for Quantum House, a local charity organization.
