About Joe

Joe Gomes joined the Firm in 2004 and over the years has contributed on several complex projects including the high rise Harrick Hotel which integrated an elevator parking structure due to limited site area. His portfolio ranges from standard tenant improvements to a high end Palm Beach jewelry showroom, private terminal and hanger, to multi-level Class A office buildings. He is LEED Accredited and has worked on several LEED facilities including Northern Trust Banks first ever LEED Certified facility in Ft. Myers, Florida and recently completed a Silver Certified facility for Northern Trust’s 60,000 sf Miami office. Joe Gomes received his Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Roger Williams University.
