Spina O’Rourke + Partners Welcomes Project Architect

West Palm Beach, Florida (February, 2021) – Spina O’Rourke + Partners is excited to announce the addition of Nelo Freijomel as a Senior Project Architect.

A licensed architect, Freijomel brings nearly 10 years of experience to the architecture and interior design firm. Freijomel joins the Spina O’Rourke with experience in a wide variety of project types and markets.  He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Florida Atlantic University where he graduated magna cum laude and was awarded the Emerging Professional Leadership Award by the AIA Treasure Coast Chapter in 2017.

His client-focused background paired with his knowledge of both the design and business development side of architecture allows Freijomel to collaborate with the Spina O’Rourke team to deliver innovative and successful projects. Regardless of the architectural style, Freijomel aims to include a balance of history and context in his work while meeting the client’s needs and creating a meaningful impact on the built environment and our community.

Located in their office on the ground floor of the Oversea Building at Flagler Banyan Square in downtown West Palm Beach, Spina O’Rourke is a full-service architecture and design firm with over 30 architects, designers, graphic artists, and support team.  Their broad range of clients include corporate interiors, club and hospitality projects, restaurants, mixed-use and multi-family residential.
