We are seeking talented and creative team members for Interior Design Assistant positions!
As an Interior Design Assistant, you will be expected to help the Interior Design Department administer and coordinate the creation and/or renovation of building interiors for a variety of project types. Our goal is to create spaces that inspire! You will interact and collaborate with a variety of personalities including Team Members, Consultants, Tradespeople, Vendors, and the Clients themselves. Your involvement will also consist of the creation and tracking of Sales and Purchase Orders for these projects. Lastly, you will assist the department as well as other related departments in the firm with administrative tasks in an effort to help keep our projects moving along in a timely manner.

To be considered for this position, you will be required to meet the following minimum requirements:

• 3 years’ Experience working in the Interior Design Industry
• Familiarity with Typical Architectural and Interior Practices, Processes and Systems
• Experience in preparing and researching materials, finishes, lighting and furnishings
• Familiarity of Commercial Purchasing and Sales from an Interior Design Perspective

An ideal candidate will also possess the following experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
• Ability to use Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture and/or Autodesk Revit in an Interior Design Setting
• Ability to use design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience working directly with Designers and Clients to achieve stated Goals
• Strong Commercial Experience
