Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to lead a Production Team beginning at the creation of a Conceptual Design package, revising the Design based on client feedback, and then refining the Design through the Design Development phase which will eventually end with the creation of a thorough and complete set of Construction Documents. Lastly, you will assist the General Contractor during the Construction Administration phase to help ensure that the Project is completed on-time and within its budget.
As a Project Architect, you will be expected to work both independently and with Team Members to ensure that Architectural Projects meet their specified goals on-time and within their budget. This will consist of creating Conceptual Design packages, revising the Design based on client feedback, and then refining the Design through the Design Development phase which will eventually end with the creation of a thorough and complete set of Construction Documents.
Additional Duties may also include helping create accurate Fee Estimates and Project Schedules for your Project as well as assisting the Client and General Contractor by answering RFIs during the Construction Administration phase.
As a Graduate Designer, you will be expected to help the Interior Design Department administer and coordinate the creation and/or renovation of building interiors for a variety of project types. Our goal is to create spaces that inspire! You will interact and collaborate with a variety of personalities including Team Members, Consultants, Tradespeople, Vendors, and the Clients themselves. Your involvement will also consist of the creation and tracking of Sales and Purchase Orders for these projects. Lastly, you will assist the department as well as other related departments in the firm with administrative tasks in an effort to help keep our projects moving along in a timely manner.
